Our client is a full-service, integrated marketing agency. They specialise in creating on-site client services and creative teams to offer solutions to suit the needs and budget of their clients' campaigns. They work closely with their clients to improve the efficiency of the production process, cut costs and maximise the impact of their communications.

The role of Implementation Director is ideal for an enthusiastic individual to join a thriving business. The candidate should be very familiar with creative agencies and the working processes. Our client is winning so many new contracts that they need a client centric individual to implement major projects into their clients offices.This is a newly-formed role which will take functional, tactical and operational responsibility for the teams within the business.

In the role as Implementation Director you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the accounts via effective process and resource management. The role will involve implementing everything that was sold to the client, agreeing the detail to what has been sold, ensuring best practice, work flow processes, client management, keeping a tight control of the P&L for each account well, imbedding new sight teams as well as contingency planning for the odd inevitable disruption.

The on-site studio and client services teams operate across a broad roster of top tier brands and media channels including Print, Digital and Creative mainly in London and surrounding areas plus other parts of the UK and Europe.

*This role is initially for 6 months with a view of it turning permanent.
