Senior Digital Customer Experience Manager
In order to do thisthe successful candidate will have to work with and understand internal UX teams, and act as a product owner within the agile project management process.
The Senior Digital Customer Experience Manager role would suit a candidate with a previous commercial background within online product or propositions, UX or Agile/Waterfall Project Management. The candidate will have applied these skills in a B2C environment, and have examples of implementing new online development for a business, which could be in the form of new websites, microsites, mobile or app development etc.
- Proven Project Manager
- Understanding of UX/Usability
- Previous examples of testing (split/ab or MVT)
- Examples of new online development within a B2C business.
Our client isa leading industrial utilities business based near Twickenham
A salary of £40000 to £50000, plus benefits and bonus, with flexibility at the top end of the pay bracket for exceptional candidates.
