Search Account Manager Role OverviewAssist the AD in ensuring a smooth running of the team as well the creation of Search strategies in line with business goals
Responsible for managing Search campaigns and day-to-day client relationships
Responsible for managing the team's workload and allocating responsibilities and tasks as required.

Key Search Account Manager Responsibilities:The Search Manager shall assist the Account Director to formulate Paid Search (PPC) strategies and the roadmaps for delivery.

Oversee the management of Search activity and ensure it is delivered to a consistently high standard and is cost-effective.
Produce PPC optimisation strategies and roadmaps for ensuring clients goals are met.
Provide frequent progress / reports regarding Search marketing efforts and performance metrics to clients and/or internal teams.
Assume top level responsibility for specific client budgets including monthly forecasting of spend and ensuring that PPC accounts remain profitable to the business.
Review workload and project management capabilities of the team and suggest on how to improve processes and/or manage the allocation / prioritization of work where necessary to ensure high standards are maintained.
The Search Manager shall ensure that Search is integrated with the wider client's communications and digital strategy.
Proactively investigate agency, client and supply side campaign issues and source best-practice resolutions in timely fashion.

Oversee bid management strategies being deployed for your clients.
Support the wider Search team with regular contributions to best practices and Search industry developments - keeping up to date with SEM developments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Media Owners and Technology Providers to ensure client campaigns are effectively managed, serviced and set up. Essential Attributes of Successful Candidates:The Search

Account Manager requires around 4 year+ Search experience.
Strong knowledge of Search technology i.e. Dart, Atlas, Kenshoo, Marin etc.
Proven ability to manage various projects concurrently and consistently to deliver high-quality work.
Good self-esteem, confidence and strength of character - ability to be assertive without being aggressive.
Strong understanding of the internet market and its current role in media consumption.
Strong understanding of Search and how it fits in the overall marketing mix.
