Web & eCommerce Executive - leading B2C brand
If you have experience in helping to manage websites for big brands, maximising sales potential through developing effective and fast moving brand, content and merchandising plans as well as enhancing and developing website functionality and online experience, then we should be talking.
Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the business including the Head of Web, you will be involved with defining online objectives, prioritising requirements, and planning and delivering appropriate activities to ensure and enhance commercial performance of brands online. Along with the Head of Web you will be responsible for web merchandising, developing and updating product and content updates, and onsite promotions, providing an enhanced customer experience that drives traffic, boosts conversion, generates sales and retains customers. Continuously analysing and reporting on results, reviewing and improving activity, identifying best practice and driving improvements will be key to maximising digital and online potential.
To be in the running you`ll have experience working for large b2c or b2b fast moving ecommerce sites with strong commercial awareness and knowledge of ecommerce technologies (user experience, optimisation, conversion, analytics), and your communication and organisational skills will be second to none. With demonstrable experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and meticulous attention to detail, you`ll ooze genuine passion for the digital arena and a desire to keep abreast of the latest developments. If you have experience working within the travel or leisure sector, that would be a bonus but is by no means essential.
