Marketing and Communications Manager
As the Marketing & Communications Manager you will be responsible for developing and delivering the marketing and communications strategy across all channels to drive recruitment, retention and acquisition of members and raise brand awareness for the organisation and its members. You will be responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating email marketing campaigns, the digital marketing strategy, web content management and maximise social media engagement across the various platforms. With an excellent eye for detail and a creative flair you will write copy for adverts, brochures, flyers, leaflets, point of sale material, website, e-newsletter and award submissions. As well as market events, seminars and a portfolio of services across a broad audience. As the Marketing and Communications Manager you will manage, motivate and drive the rest of the marketing and communications team.
This is a brilliant, all encompassing role and we're looking for savvy marketers who are commercial, strategic and creative. This role involves a wide range of activity and so we're looking for someone who can display flexibility with their workload. You must have proven experience designing and delivering email marketing campaigns, digital marketing, social media, advertising, copywriting and proof reading. We are also looking for someone who has experience managing junior team members. You will have a degree in marketing or a CIM. This is a great opportunity for a Marketing Executive looking to make the next step up and take ownership or an Account Manager looking to move client side.
