The culture and makeup of the agency and account would suit someone who is an established Account Manager with an interest in the beauty industry.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Role:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;The Account Manager will work within a team to deliver first class advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for keeping projects moving on a day-to-day basis as well as setting the creative and strategic direction on some of the smaller brand portfolios.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;With the potential to do some great creative work that pushes the boundaries it’s a brilliant opportunity for an Account Manager with strong traditional advertising and ATL sector experience.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Account Management Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Deliver ATL advertising campaigns with a punch&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Represent the brand and ooze passion for the beauty industry&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Use strategic understanding to recognise great ideas and appraise work in terms of accuracy and relevance to brief&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Know as much (if not more) about the Client’s business as the Client does&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Contribute to the development of a brand plan based on a thorough understanding of the market 
and consumer&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Deal with problems calmly and effectively&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Grab every opportunity to learn&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Summary:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;This is fantastic opportunity to work on a leading brand that will add to your creative portfolio but also your skills in how you develop your role as an Account Manager.
