A leading, award-winning London agency is looking for an Account Director to oversee their growing team. Leading the way in experiential and live events, you'll be part of a hugely successful, independent group, working with FMCG, gaming and sportswear brands.
The agency has just recently expanded and due to the success they are again looking to find a focused Account Director.
The Role - As an Account Director, your responsibilities will be as follows:
You will be leading an events programme for a new retailer in the UK. You will lead and manage a team (creative, production, project management and planning) to develop and execute an innovative events strategy. You'll motivate and inspire those you work with and will become the invaluable lynch pin on your accounts both internally and with your clients.
As well as being an organised and highly proactive Account Director you will also require the following:
*A experienced Account Director
*Must have worked on a cultural/arts account- Compulsory
*Experience in helping to shape integrated campaigns as well as project/account management.
*Ability to work at a fast pace without compromising the quality of the output.
*Pride and passion in their work with the drive to go the extra mile when needed - to do what it takes to ensure that their responsibilities are covered, met and always exceeded.
*Strong presentation skills
