Digital Advertising Trader - RTB/DSP

London (Central), London (Greater) £30000 - £40000 per annum + 10% Bonus

An online Advertising Exchange specialist (DSP) is looking for a Digital Advertising Trader to join its vibrant central London office. The company employs a team of Media traders to buy inventory across various exchange platforms in order to efficiently delivery both performance and audience targeted campaigns on behalf on their top tier UK and EU clients.

You will be delivering optimised ROI through continuous trading innovation. This ensures each and every digital display ad is seen by the most valuable audiences, to generate maximum ROI. This will involve going into the User interface to access all ad exchange platforms and inventory to manage buys, optimise, ensure best ROI for clients. The company use multiple platforms, you will gain experience in buying in each of them, becoming an expert on each, this will also help in getting best results as they all have different benefits to create the perfect campaign

You will follow best practice guidelines but always be aware of evolving technologies and new techniques to optimise and get better results.

The role:

* Manage the set up and strategy of all Digital Media campaign launches
* Utilising ad exchange interface to bid, buy and trade inventory across digital landscape
* Analyse campaign performance, providing detailed optimisation reports to account management team.
* Ensure accurate, on time, delivery of campaigns in accordance with client brief
* Develop optimisation strategies for client campaigns
* Negotiate inventory prices with suppliers
* Provide monthly campaign summaries directly to clients against set KPI's
* Present proposals to new clients and discuss initial campaign strategies
* Provide technical support and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns

The Candidate:

* 2+ years' experience in the online advertising /ad serving landscape
* Experience dealing with of working for a DSP/network or Exchange
* Background in ad operations, trafficking, media buying or campaign analysis
* Experience of user interfaces within an ad exchange platform or SSP
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail, whilst prioritising a heavy workload
* Ability to think creatively in order to deliver campaign objectives
* Troubleshooting experience
* Fantastic communication skills, must have good presentation experience to articulate messages effectively
* Must have good project management skills
