Senior Account Manager– Oxon
As the Senior Account Manager you will required to maintain exceptional day-to-day client relationships. It will be your responsibility to manage the overall delivery of complex programmes – taking a brief and ensuring the clients’ objectives are understood in detail. You will manage specific campaigns within budget and to agreed deadlines.
Other key responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager role will also include:
• Providing well informed coaching and advice to junior account staff, including giving timely feedback to allow the opportunity to develop
• Building strong working relationships with existing clients and seeking opportunities to build relationships with potential clientele
• Recognising areas to improve processes to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity are thoroughly maintained
This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to utilise their leadership skills who has the ability to manage and motivate a team. You will have a positive and flexible approach to work with the ability to confidently communicate at all levels, through both verbal and written channels.
You will have previous experience delivering successful marketing campaigns for clients and will be confident developing marketing programmes. You will also have demonstrable experience working in a B2B environment.
