Creative Services Manager - Integrated agency

This independent creative agency who work across all channels are looking for a talented, creative and tenacious Creative Services Manager to oversee the workflow of a small studio, digital team and creative department . This person will manage the workflow for the whole agency and be in charge of booking freelancers.

This person will be guardian of the agency process and be expected to review, propose areas for change and where appropriate, roll these out to the whole agency.

Responsibilities:

Production; Running on and offline coms across a large range of projects and disciplines. From a digital perspective this includes: banner campaigns, emails, micro sites and web builds. From an offline perspective this includes: managing press schedules, organising specs and invoices for print runs, DM, outdoor and press proofing.

Art-buying; In charge of image sourcing, and licensing. Organising photo shoots, costumes and photographers.  Direct Image Retouching and origination.

Creative production; In charge of sourcing, booking and invoicing of external creative

needs (I.e Illustrators, 3D modelling, Photography, Recording Studio’s, Sound

engineers).

Pitches; Proactively project managing pitch work, attend brain storming sessions, providing support material and ensuring pitch work is completed to the highest quality and to deadline.
