Traffic Manager / Creative Services Manager required for a small boutique agency based in SE1. This independent agency specialises in the travel and leisure industry and works with a number of blue chip and luxury brands.

The agency require a  Traffic Manager/Creative Services Manager to plan and allocate resource across creative, design, studio and digital plus manage the production of press, print and digital campaigns working alongside a TV producer on broadcast work.

You will have experience across:-

  • Resource planning and allocation across creative, design and artwork studios
  • Production experience across busy and complex media schedules
  • Some production experience across online banners and emails
  • Working with 3rd parties including stock libraries, photographers and illustrators
  • Finance systems (preferably Paprika)
  • Previous experience of setting up effective and seem less traffic systems

  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to assess briefs, work load and advise CD on ideal resource
  • Ability to identify issues and resolve in a swift and expert manner
  • Flexible and proactive approach coupled with a good sense of humour
  • Excellent admin skills
  • Previous experience of setting up effective and seem less traffic systems

This role could also be 4 days per week after September.
