Community Manager - London Agency - Automotive Sector
The successful candidate will report to the Content Director and will be responsible for Community Management and curating Content on a Global scale across multiple social media platforms.
*Author blog posts, Facebook updates, tweets, articles and reviews.
*Identify and analyse issues and trends in customer requests and service performance.
*Regularly share community insights & reporting to the appropriate departments.
*Stay up to date on social media tools and best practices on how to use them.
*2-3 years working within Social Media - Preferably within an agency.
*Social media monitoring and analysis experience.
*Solid all round copywriting skills.
*Knowledgeable of the automotive sector is a big plus!
*Interest/passion in cars is a bonus.
Salary - £32-38k depending on experience.
