I am working with one of the friendliest agencies in London that are often known to put personality over technical skills and invest training and development into their employees. As the agency grows, so does the desire for new business which is why they are changing their processes and creating a brand new role which would suit a coordinator or project manager with experience delivering the end-to-end new business process.

Main Responsibilities
-You will be one of the main contacts for new business clients
-Organise meetings and support the pitch manager to ensure that everything is ready to go pre-pitch
-Research new clients and industry sectors
-Stay on track with new process and ensure the wider team are also kept abreast of this
-Ensure documentation is up to date

What do you need?
-Agency Experience
-Previous experience working on the pitch process within marketing and advertising
-Be able to think on your feet and be comfortable in front of clients
-Have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
-Strong understanding of digital
