Employer Brand Manager - Leisure - £30,000-£40,000 - London

Located in South East London, this Leisure organisation is a great company to work for. They like to hire top talent to strengthen their busy marketing team. They have 120 leisure centres around London which results in a busy head office team!

Working closely with the Recruitment and Resourcing Manager, the in-house Marketing team, and external supplier partners, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative creative and effective Employer Brand strategies.

You will be responsible for delivering action plans that clearly communicate the brand proposition, ensuring the attraction and supply of talented employees to meet the business employment needs.

To apply for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
- You must currently be in a marketing or recruitment role, have knowledge of social media and social recruiting vehicles and how to implement them.
- Evidence of delivering acquisition/ recruitment strategies at a senior advisory or management level.
