An exciting opportunity to join a thriving experiential agency working as Account Director on one of the companies largest accounts, as well as supporting the senior management team with new business and strategic campaigns.

About the company:
This agency is a fully integrated live communications and experiential agency delivering a 360º service from concept creation through to project delivery. Bringing together a uniquely talented and passionate group of specialists, this agency delivers across three distinct areas - creative design, technical production and event management.

Role:
You will oversee the day-to-day running of one of the agencies signature accounts with the support of a Project Manager and Project Executive where necessary.

The Account Directors role will be to ensure consistency of agency delivery to the client, across multiple work streams/projects, liaising with multi stakeholders and working with the brands other retained agencies to deliver first-class B2B/B2C activations and campaigns across their entertainment sponsorship programme.

Duties:

*Guiding team on experiential campaigns, setting clear objectives
*Creation of visual presentations for campaign strategies/activations
*Taking briefs, setting objectives and ensure deliverables are defined with clear KPI's
*Overseeing entire project/s start to finish working with design and technical teams
*Leading internal briefings/brainstorms
*Overseeing creative solutions working with Head of Design, ensuring brand guidelines are always adhered to
*Creation/management and reconciliation of large budgets
*Forecasting and management of resource and project hours
Providing support/advice to team on event production

Experience:
*Minimum of 5 years experience working in experiential/marketing partnerships
*Experience working on entertainment campaigns
*Experience in delivering integrated campaigns
*Working as an Account Director within agency or senior partnerships manager within a client side role
*Extensive experience at managing a team
*Used to working under pressure, managing and delivering multiple projects at once
*Experience working with other agencies (advertising, PR, Digital etc.)
*Strong presentation skills
*Management of client budgets (£1.5m >)
Passion for creation of engaging brand campaigns
