**Customer Insight Manager - Major Retailer**

Central London£70,000 - £80,000 plus bonus + benefits

This is a superb opportunity to join one of the most well loved names in retail in the pivotal role of Customer Insight manager, a brand new role responsible for working across the business and significantly raising the awareness and profile of Customer insight. In this role you will manage a team of SAS analysts and often be required to deputise for the head of the department so first class communication skills and influencing abilities are essential. Your career to date will be able to demonstrate a high degree of business acumen having delivered significant business improvement in previous roles using your proven SAS expertise and Statistical excellence. This role is extremely high profile within the business and requires day to day interface with key stakeholders across all divisions so you must be able to translate key analytical messages into everyday useable directions for your colleagues.
