The Content Executive will support the Customer Experience team in developing each of the above through:
Detailed annual plan (comms calendar)
Communication platform (tone, messaging hierarchy, mechanics etc)
Take ownership of the e- comms schedule and ensure best practices are followed through all emails sent to our customers and members.
Regularly document, collect, collate, report and present to the team and the wider business, the output and effect of all communications produced.
Work with the Customer Experience Manager to define Social Media requirements and support the Customer Experience Manager in delivering the resultant Social Media strategy.
Support the Customer Experience Manager in the day to day running of the membership proposition.
Provide guidance and briefings to Creative Designer and/or agencies on a day to day basis.

The digital content executive will have the following skills for this role based in their offices in Surrey.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Good working knowledge of common email marketing systems
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Fluent in English, other languages I.e. Spanish would be of advantage
- Demonstrable sustained experience in a comparable position for a recognised brand, preferably in luxury goods.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pro-active and motivated
- Flexible and co-operative
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player
- Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
- Able to influence at all levels with the ability to push ideas through
Our client is a world leading brand in the Luxury Automotive space and looking for a Content Executive to join their Digital function. Based in their offices in Surrey, this is an easily commutable location from London. The role will suit someone who has a passion for high end brands, but also digital content to drive brand awareness.
£25,000 to £30,000
