Creative Producer - Integrated/digital

This is an amazing opportunity for a 360 creative producer to join a truly integrated creative agency to work on a number of very cool FMCG brands.

You will have with solid experience working in a team across Digital (interactive and website builds) experiential, print and video broadcast.

About the role:-

Producing integrated campaigns, including digital, (website builds, social media aps, rich media, mobile aps…) web video production, and offline (live experiential / event based work, print, instore, on pack etc )


• Work as part of the Production team and report into the Projects Director
• Manage all aspects of project – scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, delivery on time on
brief on budget and all associated client and account communication
• Ensuring effective project management process, and creation of key documentation –
project plans, estimates, scope of work documents, status reports, risk assessment plans,
change requests, resource requests and project recovery plans etc
• Work closely with the account handling and 3rd party teams, communicating with teams on
an ongoing basis and ensure changing resource and project requirements are understood
and met
• Actively encourage communication with other disciplines (planning, creative, technology,
production, finance, UXP, strategy and account management) ensuring a smooth and
productive flow of work
• Ensure Projects Director is kept up to date on project status and that any issues are
escalated and quickly resolved
• Able to be client facing as / when required
• Able to ensure consistency across working process and best practices
• Participate in internal project and production team programmes including status meetings,
post project reviews, internal process initiatives and ongoing improvement practices
• Working closely with the Projects Director to help with the ongoing improvement practices
and in growing the department
• Running the programme of work on one or more client businesses with oversight on all
projects in production, including setting up clear ways of working with the client, any third
parties and on the client business
• Line management of direct reports (specific junior team members as agreed), this includes
but is not limited to the following:
o Oversight of ALL of their projects / client work (this includes any ad hoc clients that
they work on, but which may not be part of your core client group)
o Guiding, mentoring, training them
o Monitoring their utilisation across projects and reporting this and any new briefs /
projects to Project Director
o Acting as initial point of escalation to them and liaising with the Projects Director where required
o Completing initial checks of their Scope documentation before these are passed on to the Projects Director for sign off
o Conducting catch ups and performance reviews, in conjunction with Project Director


Skills & experience:


• You’ve got strong Project Management/ Production background managing varied digital
and integrated projects across different platforms to best practice
• Good technical understanding of multimedia, front and back end digital development
(HTML, Flash, Facebook, CMS technologies etc)
• First class management and leadership skills, able to problem solve and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent (and painstaking!) attention to detail, ability to multi task and prioritise, as well as thrive working on very varied projects in a busy environment
• Excellent communicator, who has a strong work ethic with dedication to quality and who is energetic, positive and flexible
• Good people person, with experience of managing teams and line managing or training production team members
• A genuine interest in 'Digital Culture', new innovation and technologies
