Successful and vibrant agency needs a talented Designer with a commercially savvy approach to join their brilliant creative team.
You will be a concepts person first and foremost, passionate about your craft, and happiest presenting your BIG IDEAS to creative pitches. Working on a diverse range of clients, you will need packaging and branding experience, we are looking for a senior designer or a young, talented mid-weight looking for their next step up. You will need to be a ‘commercial’ thinker and able to demonstrate a healthy dose of creativity as you will be working across existing ‘corporate’ clients as well as helping the agency creatively pitch for new business.
Branding and packaging experience crucial
Demonstrate great strategic and conceptual thinking
Experience with global brands and the ability to articulate concepts into successful creative platforms i.e. ability to think about the brand identity beyond the pack
Equally interested in designing/refreshing brands (conceptual work) and working to brand guidelines to ensure consistent quality for ongoing work (life cycle)
Good at building client relationships and understanding the business and strategic issues as a springboard to great creative work
