Analytics Manager- Market Mix Modelling & Attribution Modelling

London£55000 - £75000 per annum + Benefits

You will be working on a diverse range of clients, both local and international operating across every market sector. As an Associate Director it will be part of your remit to drive advances in the quality and capability of project deliverables and make sure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

You will be leading the team, making sure that all projects run smoothly. as an Associate Director, it will be part of your remit to drive learning through the team, ensuring that all analysts are up to date with all the latest training and development on MMM. It will be your responsibility to take part in research and development of new MMM approaches. Training will also be your responsibility, you will ensure that your team is up to speed on all technical capabilities.

What we are looking for:
1. Excellent knowledge of market mix modelling across a range of markets and products
- Media Mix models
- Multiple touch point attribution
- Custom statistical modelling
2. Proven ability to project manage - you will be able to successfully show that you know how to deliver an analytical project (must be MMM based or other econometric based solutions)
3. Team management experience
4. Good attention to detail
5. Knowledge of SAS, R, Eviews, SPSS or other modelling package will be highly beneficial
6. Knowledge of database query languages (SQL MS Access) again will be an advantage
7. Excellent Excel skills
8.Familiarity with Structural Equation Modelling and/ or Bayanesian Network Analysis / VAR more advantageous compared to OLS/GLS
9. Experience with digital analytics, specifically Attribution modelling
10. Experience in modelling approaches to be able to recommend to clients actionable strategies
11. Effective communication - being able to explain complex analytics to people at all levels in an easy to understand manner
12. Good presentation skills
13. Excellent problem solver
14. Ability to gather data from various sources
15. Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
