Senior Marketing Manager
A unique consumer services organisation operating in a faced-paced changing environment is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team.
As a result of new ventures they are seeing success in these markets and need a talented Senior Marketing Manager to focus on the online acquisition marketing channels to increase leads and take up of the new services.
Deputising for the department Head and providing leadership to a high performing team, they will work closely with the business leaders to drive forward the acquisition strategy. They will manage the development and implementation of new routes to market to ensure the delivery of business targets. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management of the acquisition budget and will track the performance of each channel to determine ROI and the cost per acquisition.
This is an exciting but pressurised role where they will work with digital marketing agencies to drive forward new and creative ideas across our media channels. They will need to demonstrate significant digital marketing experience gained within a sales/acquisition role. They will be motivated, creative, flexible and above all a collaborative team player. They will develop, test and launch ideas efficiently and quickly without compromising our standards. A keen eye for detail and understanding of return on investments and other regular performance metrics is critical as is an ability to represent ideas at all levels and with all kinds of people.
