Customer Marketing Manager – The role
- Strategic development and management of customer lifecycle campaigns
- Driving incremental commercial and customer value through all direct and digital activities
- Manage a Senior Marketing Executive in day to day delivery
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and take responsibility for external agency deliverables.
Customer Marketing Manager – Skills and experience
- Prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent strategic and leadership abilities
- Extensive digital (email and eCRM) experience
- Solid offline DM skills and experience
- Outstanding commercial and analytical skills
- Previous team management experience and ability to mentor junior staff
- Knowledge of financial services useful but not essential
