Representing one of the worlds leading supermarket chains, your role will revolve around maximising the reach and impact of their reward card, leveraging the power of the data to deliver a relevant and rewarding experience for customers to drive their lifetime loyalty to retailers and brands.

You’ll lead the creation, implementation and review of annual commercial and supplier media plans. You’ll understand category and brand performance and objectives, and plan and propose one-to-one activity which delivers profitable sales growth for all parties. And then you’ll use the evaluation to inspire both your client and their suppliers in your categories to use their reward card strategically, creating measurable value for the shopper and increasing both their investment and financial returns.

You’ll also collaborate with the MP and various media teams to deliver an integrated, end to end service for clients.
 
You will need:

•    Knowledge of FMCG or Retail environment including Brand, Category or Sales Management,   Pricing/Promotions, Shopper or Consumer Insight or Buying
•    Knowledge of media sales, planning or buying
•    Understanding of how to develop excellent client relationships from delivering high quality service
•    Analytical knowledge in terms of understanding data and ability to make recommendations from insights and articulating results
•    Experience of working in a team environment
•    Degree or equivalent (2:1 or higher) from an established University.
•    Articulate and commercially aware to drive value
•    Strong listener and focused on understanding and probing client’s needs
•    Strong commercial acumen
•    Strong communicator able to keep their client and employer aware of all progress/initiatives
•    A strong team member who accepts challenges and works with others to deliver results
•    Tenacious and calm in challenging situations
