The Financial Services organisation is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager London: Digital Content, Design & Retention - Define new web sites and digital functionality including smart phones - Manage site usability and customer journeys to maximise customer value, both in terms of conversion and order size. - Continuously develop and improve the sites and applications through rigorous testing and refinement - Implement SEO best practise across site content - Oversee multivariate testing - Expand use of customer rating, feedback and satisfaction surveys - Establish design guidelines and navigation standards - Deliver content, emails and promotional material to support the online strategy - Ensure compliance processes are adhered to - Manage a content management system and content within the system - Define and prioritise development and change work - Manage the design and delivery of digital marketing materials, websites, banners, viral campaigns, meta tags, online PR, emails - Establish data driven contact strategies especially in terms of lead management, up selling and retention - Manage email retention programme
