Supporter Care Advisor
A health related charity is urgently looking for a Supporter Care Advisor to work as part of a team delivering first class, professional customer service. You will use a range of communication methods to ensure that customer enquiries, donations and complaints are resolved.
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract starting ASAP.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assess and resolve enquiries, requests and complaints, primarily on the telephone to ensure that customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact.
To use sound judgment and take decisions within established procedures for each service request including logging and processing customer enquiries adhering to service levels and quality standards to maximise customer satisfaction.
Accurately capture of data to meet service standards, including data protection guidelines
Provide a comprehensive information service to the public, advising on support services available.
Experience of working within a customer service environment, to include proactive call handling experience.
Excellent customer services skills (oral and written) with the ability and confidence to professionally and positively handle potentially sensitive or difficult situations.
Excellent co-ordination, time management and prioritisation skills in order to combine reactive call-handling, pro-active call-making and capturing data generated from these and other activities
