This Account Director position will see you report into a Managing Partner and you will provide senior level coverage across their most their most valued client - a retailer that really is a super brand with a world wide presence. The role would encompass strategic liaison at a senior level with clients through to the implementation and measurement of around £60m of media spend per annum. The role would also involve managing a direct team of seven and well as the broader coordination of the larger team working across this client.
You will be an existing Account Director or a very strong Manager ready for the next step up. You will need to be able to develop smart, 'connected' communications planning solutions and ensure seamless, end to end delivery, measurement and effectiveness. You will need to feel comfortable working closely with agency partners and not afraid to challenge or drive the agenda. One of your strengths will be your strong client management skills and your ability to talk confidentially at Marketing Director through to Brand Manager level. In a nutshell, an Account Director at this agency is given greater ownership on the shape and outcomes of their client communications strategies and in turn the ability to help drive their long term business success.
