Our client, one of the biggest and most successful music labels in the world representing a host of global music stars is looking for a CRM Manager to cover a one year maternity leave. This is an extremely technical role and applicants must have an in-depth knowledge of Neolane software in order to be able to apply.

The role sits within the global Customer Marketing team, who are responsible for managing the global CRM platform, driving database numbers and deepening engagement with fans and consumers. This team is also responsible for setting best practice for territories around the world – France, Germany, Japan and Australia being the most significant – but with smaller territories across much of the rest of Europe and Asia. The bigger regions boast large sophisticated teams of CRM and Marketing personnel delivering incredibly innovative work and using Neolane’s full bandwidth. The smaller regions doing much less, basic database and email marketing work. The CRM manager is the lynch pin for all CRM system enquiries from around the world and will be expected to manage and assist all territories no matter what their need, great or small.

This role is supported by a Consumer technology team who will assist in rectifying bugs and larger issues but the CRM manager will need to be capable of offering solutions to many, if not all, of the queries that come in from around the world about the system. Whilst this is absolutely not a role for a marketer successful candidates must understand the concept of customer and directing marketing in order to be able to deliver meaningful advice and ,over a period of time, drive relevant improvements to the system.

Reporting in to the Director of Customer Marketing, a multi-linguist would be preferred, with German and/or French as a priority.  Applicants must be diplomatic, high organised, engaging, easily able to handle multiple projects and demanding ‘internal’ clients.
