Getting visionary with brand strategy, creating channel-spanning comms plans and developing fully integrated creative campaigns, you’ll have all the flexibility and support you need to raise our profile even further. More than that, you’ll turn all that brand love into real live customer relationships. You’ll also direct a large team, develop our look and feel and work closely with our agencies to drive great ideas. You’ll even take a hand in media and budget planning. All of which means that, ultimately, you’ll be behind every message that goes out the door. And you won’t stop there. This is a leadership role, so you’ll be getting involved in top-level projects like product launches and business planning as well as growing senior relationships and turning your team into a real hub of creativity.
With a lot of responsibility and a minimum of red tape, we’re looking for a creative leader who knows their B2C branding. In fact, you’ll be so good at your current job that we’ll probably know your work – we’ll certainly know the brand. We expect that coming up with comms strategies and growing brands will come naturally to you. And you’ll blend all that creativity with the commercial know-how to get the most out of a big budget and get senior people on board. But just as important as the big picture thinking is your personality. We want to work with a sincere, empathetic person: someone who’s into collaborating, inspiring and supporting.
