Coaching, managing and motivating a team is just the start. Enjoying the scope to make a big impact across our advertising agency, you'll thrive on developing our digital and search strategy too. As much a do-er as a forward thinker, you'll know everything there is to know about Google Search, Google Doubleclick, Google Adwords, Google Analytics and AdWords Editor. In fact, you'll know every tool and trend on the horizon too.
With so much variety and endless opportunities to put your ideas into action, we'll expect you to share your brilliant strategies in a clear way that brings them to life for our clients - and a great range of clients it'll be too. You'll seamlessly translate your knowledge to help high profile universities and business schools alike with their student recruitment, and our commercial clients with their candidate attraction - across the UK and beyond.
Our fast pace, volume of work and agency buzz will be second nature to you. But whilst you'll have the broad digital knowledge needed to collaborate with other bright minds across SMRS, it'll be your paid search knowledge that shines. As a detail focused and analytical thinker with experience of UK and international paid search, you'll also ideally have knowledge of Microsoft AdCenter and Search Management or Monitoring tools such as Kenshoo.
