New Business Manager
Young Creative agency based in London is looking for a New Business Manager to join their growing team. The founders are award winning ATL Ad land leaders who have worked on some of the UK's most famous creative campaigns. Their work is driven by the consumers they're targeting and they put the creative work at the forefront of everything they do. They have been consistently profitable yet have done very little in terms of a new business drive in the last 2 years and the time is now right for a new business manager to come on board and take this small but big agency on to their next growth phase.
As the New Business Manager you'll be reporting to the MD. The team love pitching and they have won everyone they have put their hat in the ring for. You will work closely with the senior management team to come up with the new business strategy and essentially implement it. You will be supported by everyone in the team as this is a team effort!
You will be responsible for setting up meetings, doing chemistry meetings, devising the marketing calendar, responding to RFIs, attend networking events and creating the agency's own client events.
The New Business Manager is expected to have:
*Done a similar role in an advertising or creative agency
*Strong written communication skills and strong attention to detail
*A passion for advertising and be able to voice an opinion on a piece of creative
*Bags of charm and personality
