Head of Affiliates - Global Products
Reporting in to the MD, you’ll be responsible for making sure that each of the regions that the company operates in are maximising the profitability of their 3rd party relationships. You’ll be reporting in to the board on the performance of the affiliate account management team and be responsible for nurturing and developing these folk internally to ensure they’re performing highly. You’ll be a figurehead for the company and as such you’ll represent the business at trade events and amongst the wider community. You’ll be a passionate, influential and motivational leader - and one who comes complete with the professional experience and digital wherewithal to lead with credibility.
You’ll have at least 5 years of experience in a senior affiliate, digital partnerships or new business development role. You’ll have at least 3 years’ team management experience under your belt where you had responsibility for multiple direct reports and received positive leadership feedback. Experience in an online advertising and digital company will be important - you’ll ideally have a firm grasp on performance marketing, paid search strategies, social media and omni-channel marketing (including mCommerce and mobile marketing). On top of this you’ll have strong problem solving, analytical and persuasive powers and get a kick from working in a results driven environment. In an ideal world, you’ll have experience of expanding affiliate relationships internationally and understand the difficulties faced with these projects.
The most important thing here will be a strong track record in a senior affiliate and performance marketing role and a detailed understanding of what it means to be a digital company.
