An award winning, full service communications agency which works with a plethora of well respected brands is looking for a Digital Account Manager to take on the responsibility of growing their ever increasing number of clients from various sectors including finance to trains and planes! You will be responsible for managing client communications and expectations and a key part of the role requires you to accurately interpret the client needs to the wider agency team Additionally you will be able to provide real digital insight; ideas and innovations that can transform clients businesses for the better. You will ensure clients receive quality regular updates, reports, plans, objectives, KPI’s and you will find new opportunities for upsell with existing clients, delivering improved ROI. You will also develop accurate and engaging briefs and schedule jobs, working the with wider agency team to deliver on time and budget.

As an individual you will have prior experience of working as an Account Manager within an agency, in both digital and integrated arenas. You will have  a wealth of digital marketing knowledge and experience and a passion for combining creativity and technology to produce outrageously good results. It goes without saying you will have first class written, verbal and presentation skills and a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure that work in progress is in line with your clients requirements. Above all, you need to be a team player and able to effectively support and develop Account Executives while assisting and taking direction from Account Directors.
