Community Manager, Integrated Agency, London
My client, a leading integrated Marketing Agency, are looking for a Community Manager who can successfully manage two FMCG brands on Facebook consequently playing a vital part in the brand’s success. As a social expert they'd also look to you to identify opportunities beyond this platform as part of driving the social proposition.
Content Creation: Sourcing and writing content that will engage client communities
Management of all the brand’s online communities including social, web and email response management, on-going updating and management of best practice guidelines
Actively seeking out new and relevant content for use on all digital communities consequently growing, driving and maintaining engagement across all platforms
Collaboration with the planning and content teams when developing a brand’s overarching social proposition and taking responsibility for bringing it to life through day to day content
Monitoring and reporting of insight using Google analytics, Facebook
Insights and social media monitoring platforms such as Socialbakers. Sharing these results and making insightful, realistic and human recommendations
Moderation of user generated content, offering support and best practice recommendations
Provision of advice for how the agency might create off-the-page buzz around campaigns and promotions
Brand first thinking, understanding the nuances of copy and tone,
Consumer focused and empathetic
Project management, accustomed to tight deadlines
Social passion, love for technology
Comfortable with data
Established Community Manager in an agency or clientside environment
A ‘can do attitude’ and a real interest in the digital world.
A highly proactive and organised person with a curious mind, an eagerness for building knowledge and being a thought leader about the brand, product and the category in the agency
A skilled writer: the ability to identify the right tone for bringing brands to life for consumers
Detailed understanding of, and passion for, digital media and innovations in this space
Ability to analyse and assess communications, present findings and recommendations
