Morgan Hunt is working in collaboration with a leading Housing Association to recruit a Head of Digital Strategy. This is a permanent opportunity based in their London offices, paying c£60k.

Role of the Head of Digital Strategy
The Head of Digital Strategy will be responsible for setting the direction, strategy and delivery to embed digital processes across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, the successful candidate will need to be a strong communicator to engage all stakeholders and have experience managing digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities of the Head of Digital Strategy
*Develop and deliver the organisation's digital strategy to embed digital within the organisation.
*Analyse the organisation's current digital offering and identify where there needs and room for development.
*Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate the change and effect it will have on them.
*Be the main point of contact and champion the change and use of digital throughout the organisation.

Candidate requirements
*Experience fully developing and delivering transformation projects and strategies.
*Experience driving organisational change and communicating at all levels.
*Evidence of identifying and optimising new digital opportunities.
*Strong management of delivery processes, budget management and agency management.
