Digital Account Manager
A first class opportunity for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join an award winning, leading integrated agency that is without question one of the most well known agencies in the North West region.
Working with mainly consumer accounts this agency is urgently looking for someone to manage their digital campaigns. You will be prepared to get your sleeves rolled up and get involved in all elements of digital campaign activity. You will be running and completing complex digital projects for a number of clients, across various sectors, and will also be expected to lead and execute collaborative digitally-focused planning sessions, and deliver digital strategy solutions for a range of key accounts.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years experience in a solid agency digital role , where you have been working with a mix of well known brands. You will also need experience in the principles of CRM and customer journey coupled with great client relationship building skills. A strong understanding and a good working knowledge of all aspects of digital communications, including online display, microsite builds and digital campaign activity is also important. You will have a sound understanding of digital metrics and measurement and not only will you be commercially astute you will inspire the creative process from the get go!
