My client is a fast growing brand strategy consultancy based in Central London that has had tremendous success since its establishment. The company is made up of experienced, creative problem solvers that use a combination of skills (brand strategy, research, insight, innovation etc.) to help their clients unlock their potential. They work on a wide range of strategic challenges for global brands in the consumer brand space, mainly FMCG and also retail & tech/telco, focussing on a variety of international markets.
Due to the success of the business they now require 2 x Brand Strategy Consultants to join the team and hit the ground running. What they require is someone who has worked on a range of marketing challenges (concept development, positioning, consumer understanding, brand architecture etc) and confident enough to make the decisions on approach and recommendations. They will not just be able to talk about different disciplines but will have worked across them and therefore be able to speak about them confidently to the clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience gained in a brand consultancy environment with experience of leading smaller projects from start to finish, ideally for FMCG and Retail brands. You will have a passion for working in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, open plan environment and have an ability to take diverse and big sets of information and structure them in a way that is concise and intuitive.
