Web Analyst / Optimisation Manager
If so, this consumer service is one of the most successful online businesses and most visited ecommerce sites in the UK. They are looking for a Web Analyst / Optimisation Manger on a 12 month maternity cover contract.
Reporting to the Head of Product Development you join at a time when the company has recently introduced a reengineered technology platform and significantly increased marketing spend to enable improved analytics across desktop and mobile. Sitting with the Commercial Product Development team you will analyse online customer activity and use this to advise the commercial team on product strategy. You will play a key role in shaping the future product direction as you implement an A/B, MVT and general web analytics roadmap. You will be seen as the champion in this area promoting best practice.
The successful candidate will have previous web analytics and conversion optimisation experience with a busy B2C ecommerce capable site. You will be able to define appropriate tagging, build reports and manipulate data. You will be proficient in MVT and A/B testing and confident creating dashboards and extracting data from Adobe using Excel. Ideally you will have used Adobe and Google Analytics to manage mobile analytics. Direct experience using SiteSpect to conduct MVT and A/B capability testing is desirable.
