Our client is one of the world's most successful FTSE businesses, operating a number of different D2C and B2B propositions within the Digital & Online space. Their consumer division runs a number of well respected, award winning brands that are experiencing huge International growth. In-line with impressive revenue growth, significant team expansion is taking place across key channels to support this effort. A new key and strategically important role of Affiliates & Partnerships Manager has just been signed off.
The Affiliates and Partnerships Manager will drive and grow D2C sales by first and foremost providing great leadership to an already established sales and marketing team. This is a hands-on management role, so you will also be the key strategic lead in building on established relationships and generating new high profile partners and affiliates. The Affiliates and Partnerships Manager will be responsible for the development, growth and management of the marketing channel strategy, whilst driving sales growth of Direct to Consumer products. A key focus this year will be the identification of key high value, high profile partners to build relationships within both new and existing verticals. There is huge scope and therefore an opportunity to be creative in how the business is developed and on-boarded. Once the client is identified, there is plenty of resource to create compelling propositions, ensuring long standing relationships are developed.
We are looking for candidates with strong leadership with business development skills, combined with a strong awareness of the online marketing mix, ideally within affiliates or partnerships. You will be heavily involved in the negotiation of high value commercial agreements so your ability to operate at a senior level is vital. This is by no means a hard sales role, but you should be comfortable operating within a new business capacity and be prepared to close out business and be driven by results. This may suit candidates currently working for an Affiliate network looking move into a Client-side opportunity.

Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 + 20% Bonus + Benefits
