- Contribute to and look to get involved in developing the DNA brand both on and offline
- Using sales, business development, marketing and networking techniques in order to attract new clients and retain those DNA are already working with
- Filling briefs & sourcing candidates to ensure that DNA is ahead of its competitors
- Establish partnership relationships with client companies becoming a trusted advisor on talent
- Develop and maintain sales targets for business and personally (20K per month)
- Where possible drive the search product for DNA and use the headhunting model to find talent for clients
- Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right candidate for the client vacancy, receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and shortlisting candidates; requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
- Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
- Ensuring all candidates whether successful or not receive feedback
- Negotiating salary and finalising arrangements between client and candidates

Previous experience:

- Advertising or Marketing recruitment experience for agency planning departments
- Agency experience in a strategy and or planning department would be an advantage, but is not essential
- A track record in building and managing client relationships whether from scratch or an existing relationship
- Experience in working with numerous candidates to build solid relationships and develop a network of talent individuals
- Having the ability to work both on permanent and freelance briefs would be a plus. 95% of the roles are perm currently. This will evolve over time to up the freelance both for the consultant and in the business
- Team management would be a bonus
