My client has a strong reputation in the market for delivering exceptional ROI for their clients. They are highly regarded as a thought leader and as a result they are often asked to speak at events and to deliver bespoke training. They are an established agency with robust growth plans. They are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Director to manage their business development function.
As the Business Development Director you will be responsible for:-
- Creating the BD strategy for the agency's offering
- Developing effective new business opportunities and managing the pipeline
- Managing and developing key client relationships
- Managing and owning the whole sales cycle through to leading the pitch
- Achieve and excel growth targets
As the Business Development Director you will:-
- Have a proven track record of winning new business in a similar agency
- Have solid experience in development of clients and increasing spend
- Have an enviable black book of contacts
- Have strong client facing and presentation skills
- Be a creative and strategic thinker, maybe even a maverick who will challenge the status quo!
