They are looking to appoint a Customer Acquisition Manager for a period of up to 12 months on a fixed term contract basis to plan and execute all forms of Customer Acquisition activity to generate bookings and brochure requests from
new customers. A varied role, responsibilities will include:
Responsible for coordinated year-round brand and product advertising, to raise brand awareness, drive data acquisition and deliver sales, using national and regional press, door drops, media inserts, posters, TV, etc.
Working closely with the in-house studio and external agencies to ensure consistent branding and brand values across all advertising.
Analysing the results of all activity to judge effectiveness, ROI and make recommendations for future activity and improvements.
To ensure consistent use of the Company’s brand imagery across all media, including use by third parties.
Oversee the company’s online advertising (PPC, display, etc) using appropriate tools to reach the target audience in relevant online spaces, to drive potential customers to the company website cost-effectively.
