This leading consultancy business is looking for someone with exceptional experience in delivering Loyalty programmes for their client base of blue chip organisations. You will have a passion for developing creative solutions that reflect customer needs, using insight and data driven strategies.
Proven experience in managing stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to service key clients. Great career move for someone who is already in a CRM/Loyalty agency or within a client side organisation to act as the comms strategy lead in creating and delivering new contact strategies from both a customer and channel perspective. Some media sales experience is highly desirable.
