Global Head of Investor Access Services

London (Central), London (Greater) £80000 - £90000 per annum



A leading investment intelligence firm is looking to recruit a Global Head of Investor Access Services to head its Investor Access Team and to build out its offering on a European and, ultimately, global basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business with a proven track record and to play a key role in the next phase of its evolution.

The successful candidate will be expected to substantially grow the size of this operation and to build out a product and service offering targeting companies and investors on a global basis. You will be reporting directly to the Executive Team, and you will have overall responsibility for the management of a large client base, a team of 6 staff and a variety of business partners. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing a commercial strategy and will look to achieve market leadership with the current service offerings, and to broaden further the range of services and geographies served. The successful candidate will also be responsible for pitching and winning new business opportunities, building relationships with partnership companies, and managing, training and motivating key staff. You will also be expected to maintain and develop the senior level network, as well as to work closely with sector commercial heads to ensure the team's offerings are achieving the strategic targets.

The ideal candidate with have proven investor relations management experience or strong evidence of success in a comparable role (e.g. IR, PR, in-house, broking), experience gained within an IR consultancy, Investor Access team, in-house IR, ECM or corporate broking roles. You will also have evidence of working in a client /investor-facing capacity; able to interface credibly with clients, proven ability to win new business, possess entrepreneurial flair, high energy levels and a determination to succeed. You will also be forward thinking and quick to embrace technology solutions within working practices, excellent business acumen and project delivery skills, strong interpersonal and networking skills, as well as the ability to set budgets, expectations and deliver results. The ideal candidate will also have team management experience, and be a strategic thinker.
