Typical projects for this individual might include:
*Leading the strategy and user experience design for a website redesign, from kickoff meeting to research and discovery to the development of sitemap, wireframes and/or prototypes.
*Collaborating with the client's visual design and web development teams throughout a project to ensure that the overall vision and plan for interactions and architecture are carried through into the live site.
*Conducting audits and assessments of existing properties and strategies.
*Leading or participating in usability tests.
*Leading hands-on design studios and workshops with clients.
*Collaborating with other departments, including design, SEO, analytics, email communications, and production, to ensure that the UX plan is informed by their expertise.
*Working closely with design and production departments to ensure successful implementation of the website.
*Developing materials for new business proposals and participating in pitches.
*Mentoring and collaborating with junior UX designers to help them develop their skills.
6+ years of related experience and the ability to:

*Juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, demanding environment
