Job overview:

Communications agency requires a Client director to manage the client relationship of key accounts. The candidate will need senior experience of integrated corporate communications. Client side experience would be valuable.

Main duties of role:

  • Managing, enhancing growing developing the agency’s relationship with the client
  • Holistically running projects in print and digital from inception to delivery including creating budgets, schedules and managing the internal team (design and production) and third party suppliers
  • Leading and attending pitches with the rest of the team (if required) and presenting the account management aspect of the agencies integrated branding offer
  • Acting as ‘lead’, liaising holistically through the client services team with clients, photographers, copywriters, printers etc and as the central point of coordination
  • Working with the design team to ensure the agency are on brief and meet clients expectations
  • Being a point of contact for our client to discuss issues or concerns and problem solving to help them find a solution
  • Coordinating the process of copy and design amends from clients and managing the internal team to ensure new proofs are returned to the client on time
  • Financial management of the client in terms of forecasts, budgets and billing schedules. Liaising with the Finance team to ensure accurate billing and profitable margins.
