Head of Consumer Insights

Our Client, a leading consultancy based in central London, is looking for such a person to join their team as the Head of Consumer Insights. They are at the forefront of the foodservice industry, creating actionable and impactful insights from consumer panel research.
The Day to Day:
*Forge strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
*Analyse monthly consumer data on the UK eating out sector, including visit frequency, spend, KPIs, demographics and usage repertoires.
*Evaluate and derive insight from monthly data to identify changing trends in UK eating out market and produce commercially actionable analysis.
*Communicate key findings and prospective business development implications and recommendations to our existing clients and new prospects.
*Develop new ways to continuously improve how we present critical consumer research insights to clients.
*Be the go to person for ad hoc client queries.
What would make you successful in this role?
*At least 5 years insights experience - you will be an expert in analysing consumer research within a retail environment.
*Someone with an analytical and logical mindset, who prides themselves on their attention to detail.
*A thought leader within your area of expertise.
*Natural ability to build and nurture business relationships.
*A creative and innovative problem solver, who is able to develop analysis solutions that save time and allow for more in-depth analysis.
