Online Acquisition Marketing Executive - Luxury Fashion
£25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
Based in London.
My client is a British luxury retailer in the menswear market. They are currently recruiting for a Online Marketing Executive to cover the USA and Australia markets.
*Deliver new customer acquisition targets profitably through online growth
*Optimise current activity with a focus on cost reduction
*Develop testing and promotion planning and schedule that delivers performance uplift
*Ensure that all activity is delivered within budget and stated KPI's, reviewing and revising as appropriate.
*Initiate, plan, develop, brief, deliver campaigns from end to end in good time
*Provide analysis of campaign spend and resulting sales and profits (business KPIs) when needed
*Manage relationships with key partners, affiliates and networks
*Negotiate with partners/suppliers for best exposure, improved marketing cost and new deals, ensuring maximum new customer sales from each campaign
*Work alongside the Online Marketing Manager to refine and deliver online acquisition strategy in line with broader business strategy and objectives
*Provide recommendations for performance improvements and/or workflow efficiency
*Regular review of new business opportunities (big-win digital partnerships) - Identify, prospect and deliver proposals that meet business objectives
*Work with Marketing and Design to produce creative, new promotional offers and on-brand communications
*Work closely with customer services, marketing, design, and web teams to communicate and deliver campaigns in a timely, professional manner.
*Be point of contact for all online marketing queries through call centre feedback and web feedback.
*Take ownership of the channel and work with relative autonomy
*Work closely with the rest of the acquisition team to generate/ prospect and deliver new business ideas
*Work closely with the Store Marketing Coordinator to manage omni-channel campaigns and other retail initiatives
*Excellent written and verbal communication (clear and concise)
*Excellent numeracy and Analytical skills
*Very good excel skills, basic understanding of database queries
*Understanding or hands-on experience with tracking
*Highly organised - ability to prioritize tasks is essential
*Good Negotiation skills (deal/ exposure/ commission related)
*Enthusiastic and positive outlook
*Absolute professionalism in all dealings - internally and externally
*Team player/ sociable
*Strong sense of Initiative and drive
*Creativity - Flair for new ideas
*Excellent problem solving skills
*Google Analytics/ Web Analytics reporting
*At least 12 months experience in online acquisition / performance marketing in retail/ecommerce
*Hands-on PPC Management (preferably using bid management tools)
*Agency experience or management of agency relationship
*Experience delivering both international campaigns preferable
*Reasonable understanding of markets outside of the UK
*A passion for online marketing with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of affiliate marketing
*Working effectively between multiple departments
*Budget management/ ownership (cost and demand target management)
*Social Marketing preferable but not essential
*Tag management solution experience desirable
*Attribution modelling preferable but not essential
*Experience managing/ optimising product feeds preferable
*Display - desirable
